Rugby is a global game for people of all ages, genders, sizes and abilities with a number of different formats on offer.
Junior Rugby includes those aged five to eighteen. Our Play Rugby initiative focuses on children between the ages of 4 - 9. It introduces the game in a way that stimulates, is enjoyable and fun
